    2.1 Personal Use License
    Upon purchase, users receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:
  • Access and view the Content for personal use
  • Download and print worksheets for personal use
  • Stream audio content through our platform

2.2 Restrictions
Users may not:

  • Share, distribute, or resell any Content
  • Record or reproduce audio content
  • Create derivative works
  • Transfer access credentials to others
  • Use Content for commercial purposes

2.3 Intellectual Property Protection

  • All methods, frameworks, systems, and materials presented are proprietary to Moore Health, LLC
  • Screen recording of any sessions, workshops, or content is strictly prohibited
  • Users may not share, distribute, or teach any proprietary methods or frameworks
  • Any recordings provided are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed
  • Note-taking is permitted for personal use only

2.4 Content Usage Rights

  • Moore Health, LLC retains the right to use, repurpose, and publish:
  • Content from coaching sessions
  • Client communications
  • Client testimonials
  • Client results and transformations
  • Questions asked during sessions
  • Scenarios discussed during coaching
  • Workshop and group session interactions
  • All such content will be anonymized and identifying details will be removed
  • This content may be used for:
  • Marketing materials
  • Educational content
  • Social media
  • Promotional materials
  • Case studies
  • Course content
  • Program development
  • Personal or sensitive information will be appropriately modified to protect privacy
  • Participants acknowledge and agree to this usage by purchasing or participating in any services
  1. Terms of Service
    3.1 Account Security
  • Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
  • Sharing accounts is prohibited
  • Moore Health, LLC reserves the right to terminate compromised accounts

3.2 Platform Access

  • Access is provided on an “as is” basis
  • Moore Health, LLC may modify or discontinue services with notice
  • Technical requirements may change

3.3 Payment and Refund Terms

  • All purchases are final except as specified in refund policy
  • Refunds available within 7 days of purchase date
  • To request a refund, email camilla@thewellnesscabinet.co within 7 days of purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
  • Pricing subject to change without notice
  • Refund eligibility expires after 7 days from purchase date
  • Refunds will be processed through original payment method

3.4 Purchase Agreement

  • By purchasing any product, service, or program offered by Moore Health, LLC, users explicitly agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained within this agreement
  • This agreement becomes effective immediately upon purchase
  • Users acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to all terms before completing purchase

3.5 1:1 Coaching Services

  • Users are solely responsible for reviewing, noting, and attending all scheduled coaching sessions at the specified dates and times
  • Coaching services must be completed within 6 months of purchase date unless explicitly extended in writing by Dr. Moore
  • Unused sessions expire after 6 months from purchase date
  • Extensions beyond the 6-month period must be formally requested and approved by Dr. Moore in writing
  • Failure to complete sessions within the 6-month period without prior written extension will result in forfeiture of remaining sessions

3.6 Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will result in forfeiture of the session
  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the session
  • Sessions may be rescheduled once if proper cancellation notice is provided
  • Late arrival will result in a shortened session, ending at the original scheduled time
  • Technical issues on the client’s end resulting in missed session time will not be made up

3.7 Communication Policy

  • Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Email responses will be provided within 2 business days
  • Primary communication method is email: camilla@thewellnesscabinet.co
  • Emergency contacts or after-hours support are not provided
  • All session-related communication should occur through designated channels only

3.8 Confidentiality

  • All client information and session content will be kept strictly confidential
  • Information may be shared only:
  • With explicit written client permission
  • For professional supervision (details anonymized)
  • If required by law or court order
  • If there is risk of harm to self or others
  • Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of any group session participants or shared materials

3.9 Group Coaching Services

  • Group sessions must be attended at scheduled dates and times
  • Recording of group sessions by participants is strictly prohibited
  • Group session recordings, if provided, are for personal use only
  • Late entry to group sessions may be restricted to minimize disruption
  • Sharing access to group sessions with non-registered participants is prohibited
  • Group session packages and access expire 6 months from purchase date unless otherwise specified
  • Make-up sessions are not provided for missed group coaching sessions
  • Group sizes may vary and are at the discretion of Moore Health, LLC
  • The content and structure of group programs may be modified as needed to best serve the group

3.9.1 Group Confidentiality

  • While Moore Health, LLC maintains strict confidentiality standards, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information shared during group sessions
  • All participants are required to maintain confidentiality, but Moore Health, LLC cannot control participants’ actions outside of sessions
  • Participants understand that sharing in group settings carries inherent privacy risks
  • Breach of confidentiality by any participant may result in immediate termination from the program without refund

3.9.2 Behavioral Guidelines and Code of Conduct
Participants must:

  • Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times
  • Allow equal opportunity for all participants to share and contribute
  • Refrain from giving medical, legal, or professional advice to other participants
  • Avoid discriminatory, hostile, or inappropriate comments
  • Not interrupt or dominate group discussions
  • Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
  • Keep video on during virtual sessions unless otherwise arranged
  • Ensure they are in a private space during sessions
  • Minimize background noise and distractions
  • Not attend sessions while driving or engaging in other activities
  • Not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or substances
  • Not use language that is offensive, discriminatory, or inflammatory
  • Not engage in harassment of any kind
  • Not promote or sell products/services to other participants
  • Not share personal information of other participants
  • Not screenshot or record any portion of the sessions

Moore Health, LLC reserves the right to:

  • Remove participants from individual sessions for disruptive behavior
  • Terminate program participation without refund for repeated or severe behavioral violations
  • Modify group dynamics or participation requirements as needed
  • Address behavioral concerns privately with participants
  • Make final decisions regarding appropriate conduct

  • Terminate access for violations of these terms
  • Suspend accounts without prior notice
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason
  • Cancel subscriptions with written notice
  1. Changes to Terms
  • Terms may be updated without notice
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
  • Users are responsible for reviewing terms periodically
  • Material changes will be announced via email
  1. Force Majeure
  • Moore Health, LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to:
  • Acts of God
  • Illness or medical emergencies
  • Technical failures
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Widespread internet disruptions
  • Services interrupted by force majeure events will be rescheduled when possible
  • Digital product access may be temporarily disrupted during such events
  • No refunds will be issued for force majeure related interruptions
  1. Governing Law
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of Rhode Island, United States
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in Rhode Island courts
  • Users agree to personal jurisdiction in Rhode Island
